 HH foreign trips yield $3.8bn investment

President Hakainde Hichilema’s foreign trips attracted investment inflows worth US$3.8 billion in the first half of this year, a 45 percent surge from the US$2.6 billion recorded last year in the period under review, says Zambia Development Agency acting director general Albert Halwampa.
And non-traditional exports (NTEs) also jumped to US$1.1 billion in the first half of this year from US$930 million recorded last year for the same period.
The US$3.8 billion worth of investment is expected to create 19,900 jobs for Zambians,
