Greetings Comrades.

We write taking note of the many observations raised by our esteemed members regarding the quality of our 2022 World teachers’ day materials.

Firstly allow me to apologise on behalf of the union for the compromised quality of our regalia and to further state that we didn’t expect such quality from our supplier as national leadership following our visit to the factory.
We took it for granted that the suppliers were going to improve from the quality they did for women’s day because we equally raised some observations on the quality having paid for pure cotton but received something different.

I must be quick to mention comrades that BETUZ has always been the best when it comes to service provision to members and this is why we have received this reaction because it was not expected. This is evident from the quality of the many materials that we have distributed to you our comrades this year which include:

1. Diaries
2. Calendars
3. Lab coats
4. Women’s day chitenges
5. BETUZ financial service facility which a good number of our members have already benefited.
6. Land empowerment project

Having said all that doesn’t justify the fact that our supplier and ourselves as leadership have failed you during this year’s World teacher’s day.
Please receive our sincere apologies as we promise to compasate come January with our many incentives lined up in 2023 top among them the housing project which is RENT TO OWN.
