TWO sexually starved human resources officer at the provincial health office in Chinsali are soliciting for sex from newly recruited female health officers.

This is because the names published in the newspaper under Muchinga province are not appearing in the system hence taking advantage and asking for sex to manually load the name and print out an appointment letter.

The two are Micheal Mwambe and Moses Pongolani who are employed as HR officer and assistant HR officer under Chinsali.

If this is how recruited people are going to suffer under such PF cadres, then what will be left if those looking for other jobs?
